This slicer can slice as thin as 1mm or as thick as 10mm (.4") and any thickness in-between, making it perfect for ultra-thin slices or thicker cuts of beef, chicken breast, dried salami, jerky slices, or even cheese. The stainless steel blade turns at 520 RPM for quick and easy slicing. A one hour run time gives you plenty of time to complete the job in one session. And when it comes time to clean up, the sliding feed table, pusher, and blade are all removable for cleaning, making it easier to wipe down and store away until your next use. Please note that a cut-resistant glove should be worn when removing, cleaning, or handling the slicer blade. It is not suitable for cutting frozen foods or non-food items.
